the staff seemed friendly. the location was perfect to attend a concert at the o2 academy, the academy is less than a short walk. i also liked that there was available on site parking, a big plus in a city center.

the room was really small and felt a bit claustrophobic.

the room was quite clean, i noted that the staff were available when needed. they were polite, professional, and friendly. i found the car park useful. cafes and restaurants were nearby, that was convenient.

the room was a bit small, the toilet area felt confined with the door closed.

i found used plasters on the floor. there were also fake eyelashes. the bed sheet for the bunk bed was just left on top and the bed wasn't made
